Responsibilities:
Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholdersDevote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer baseCreate tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profilesSet meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstancesRemain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish
Qualifications:
Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programsHigh school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferredo Candidates must be located in the United States to be considered for this position.
o Sales experience or at the very least, the desire to learn to sell.
o You must be coachable.
