A market-leading Voice of the Customer (VoC) company is looking for a dynamic New Business Manager to add to their team. They enable their clients to increase their customer loyalty, retention and profitability by capturing, managing and driving action. They able to do so by using the company's advanced VoC programme designed to maximise positive Customer Experience and Loyalty using actionable strategies derived from Customer Feedback analytics.

As New Business Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business in the UK, selling the VoC solutions to companies in the professional services sector, particularly to the Telecommunication and Financial verticals. You should be consultatively selling, ensuring that your approach is professional and personable in order to maintain client relationships. You will be working towards average deal sizes of about 100K-300K and expected to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The successful candidate for this role will have:
4
years of sales experience selling VoC (Voice of the Customer), CEM (Customer Experience Management) or CFM/EFM (Customer/Enterprise Feedback Management) solutions.
Experience closing large deal sizes of 100K+.
Gravitas to work with C-level clients.
Autonomy and diligence to work in this remote role.
