An expanding Voice of the Customer (VoC) company is looking for a top Account Manager to add to their team. The company enable their clients to increase their customer loyalty, retention and profitability by capturing, managing and driving action. They are able to do so by using the company's advanced VoC programme designed to maximise positive Customer Experience and Loyalty using actionable strategies derived from Customer Feedback analytics.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for manage existing accounts worth 100K
and you will also be generating new business, both across the UK. With your accounts you will be up-selling and cross-selling as well as maintaining client satisfaction by building strong relationships.
The successful candidate for this role will have:

years of sales experience in VoC (Voice of the Customer), CEM (Customer Experience Management) or CFM/EFM (Customer/Enterprise Feedback Management) solutions.
Experience looking after a large portfolio of clients.
Gravitas to work with C-level clients.
Autonomy and diligence to work in this remote role.
