Helios is conducting a search for an Office Administrator/Assistant for our client based in the McLean, VA area. Our client is an interactive marketing firm that works with organizations of all sizes to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives. They work with clients as well as traditional media and ad agencies to create campaigns that engage audiences, optimize all forms of media, and successfully evolve. We're looking for a highly efficient administrator/assistant to help their team take things to the next level. In this role the Office Administrator/Assistant will work closely with the CEO, helping to maximize the value of team members time by helping with various tasks and responsibilities as needed. To succeed in this role you must be able to learn and adapt quickly, take initiative and act without being micromanaged. You must also be a team player, and pitch in to help team members with various tasks when they need a hand.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Assist CEO with email inbox and outreach
Assist CEO with scheduling meetings and calls
Assist team with communications including gifting and knowledge sharing
Administrate the team's file sharing programs
Attend weekly meetings and provide detailed recap emails with agreed upon next steps for each team member
Formatting reports and proposals
Pitching in as needed to help team members with miscellaneous task

Required Education and
Experience:
2
years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective listening, and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Team player who works productively with wide range of people and personalities
Strong aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration and teaming
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with all popular social media platforms
Familiar with Project Management Platforms
Experienced in GoToMeeting
Knowledge of the following platforms: Gmail/Gcal/Gchat, Google Drive, Dropbox, Wordpress, and Skype
Experience working and providing support remotely

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
