POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for obtaining new business within the multi-family housing industry by offering cloud-based, e-procurement solutions to apartment owners and operators. You will be part of one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. A successful candidate will have a strong sense of personal accountability when it comes to completing assigned activities and a history of exceeding revenue growth goal while dedicating themselves to the success of our clients. This position will report to the President. Applicants must be prepared for a fast-paced, self-motivated environment. Responsibilities
Generate new sales and add-on sales revenue from within a specific geographic region (Texas)
Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing and following up on new product and service implementations
Demonstrate knowledge and use of our resources, policies, and procedures
Extensive travel required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Requirement:
Four year college degree required
1-3 years experience in B2B sales
2-4 years experience in multi-family industry preferred
Must have a documented track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint
Experience with contact management software like Salesforce or similar is preferred
Experience with web conferencing software like GoToMeeting is a plus
Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects
Must be willing to learn about prospects' business and how to add value
Knack for comfortably presenting products and solutions in group settings
Must attend industry meetings, apartment association get-togethers and trade shows, all of which may occur on evenings and/or weekends
Some travel will be required, including overnight and occasional weekend travel
Must be able to meet deadlines and be punctual to scheduled calls and meetings
Must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented, hard-working, detail-oriented individual, able to promptly follow-up with clients and co-workers
Must be motivated by resolving client issues and selling solutions in order to collect commission income
Must not only like to win, but refuse to lose or take No for an answer (no sometimes means yes)
Most importantly you must have a can do attitude, be a team player, work well in a team environment and be committed to the process of continual self-improvement

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
