Business Development Executive:
Our partner is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify and close sales in the Voice BPO vertical for its predictive analytics solution. Excellent opportunity to join a start-up company at an early stage.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional with experience selling solutions to the Voice Business Process Outsourcing segment. The ideal candidate will have proven success and a network of key contacts in the Call Center / Voice BPO Industry to help us take our sales to the next level.
This position is for a results-driven, money-motivated self-starter. Will be responsible for developing our client base through prospecting, networking, cold calling, vertical selling, targeting national accounts, Medium and/or small business.
Must have proven record of meeting sales quotas at current/prior positions and have knowledge of similar products and industries.
The focus will be on selling predictive voice analytics designed to fit seamlessly into the daily operation of organizations in the BPO industry, while improving their profit and business outcomes. The position requires the ability to independently generate new business and sales opportunities. Good technology foundation, preferably in predictive analytics and software sales is a plus.
Industry experience and proven success in sales environment is necessary to succeed.
Successful sales people will make over $200,000 annually with us.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
We are looking for proven hunters that know how to open doors in new accounts, leveraging their experience within the Voice BPO Industry to grow a book of business.
Successful candidates must be able to perform against quota and excel in a highly dynamic market.
Key
Responsibilities:
- New business development selling all of the solutions and products
- Demonstrates solutions-oriented consultative sales approach to growing their book of business
- Maintains market intelligence of competitors products and pricing
- Maintain high activity standards (prospecting, daily cold calls, number of appointments per week, etc.)
- Manage prospect funnel and forecast accurately and effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota within a high activity sales model.
- Must have strong prospecting abilities, experience cold calling and strong contacts within the Voice BPO industry.
- Aggressive follow up, territory management and closing skills.
- Demonstrated success in a changing and high-paced environment.
- A high level of business acumen, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree or university equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Consulting or Business
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a client facing sales role and/or direct marketing
experience.
- Broad experience selling in to the Voice BPO Industry
- Strong revenue generating background (hunter, selling skills)
- Experience and industry knowledge preferred in applying analytic solutions to maximize return
- Strong selling skills including collaborating, negotiating, persuading, public speaking, and
listening
- Experience engaging all levels of contacts including technical/IT, Contact Center, Operations, Finance and C-level.
- Must possess excellent solution selling and client management skills
- Understand client's business processes and craft solutions for business problems
- Develop client presentations and proposals and ensure client deliverables
- Ability to identify and escalate new business opportunities with prospects and existing clients
- Must be able to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
