Want to find someone that is excited about building the team and becoming a director of remote contractors
Build out documentation and staff, run the onboarding process
Great communication skills and again awesome connections
Some contacts on the national level are preferred
Be able to provide examples of where they have been able to make placements
Can be remote 100%, open to national candidates
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
