Onsite for 2 weeks of training then remote
Volume of Tickets is overwhelming for their team.
Epic related help desk tickets. General overall knowledge of Epic support (Helpdesk Issues) MyChart and AIMS Clinical Engineering.
Physicians will call in and receive help with Epic issues
Must have a remote work station set up.
