IVR / CVP Telephony Developer
The Contact Center Software Engineer analyzes requirements and designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains application systems in response to enterprise needs of moderate to high complexity in the fast paced contact center environment.
Qualifications:
o Experience in designing contact center development projects, including integrating with ICM, telephony components, and with back-end business applications
o 5
years of experience with Cisco CVP or similar IVR call flow development
o Must have knowledge of Nuance / ASR / TTS
o Experience with developing contact center solutions and knowledge of best practices
o Experience with CTI development
o Completion of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or a related field and 3
years of increasingly responsible professional experience in related field
o Effective oral and written communication skills.
o Team player
o Great attitude
Can work remote/ there may be 10% or less travel
Top 3-5 must have skills:
Contact Center
ICM
Cisco CVP or IVR

Degree Requirement: Yes, Bachelors Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
