Title: Salesforce.com Solutions Architect
Client Description: My client is a leader in the development and deployment of secure, cloud-based enterprise solutions in the education, health and life sciences industries. They are a small (20 employees), profitable, but rapidly growing consulting firm and you would be able to get in on a lot of exciting changes and opportunities on the ground floor. You would also still be able to continue to grow your SFDC expertise and gain exposure through a variety of projects - including product development for the Salesforce.com App Exchange.

years Salesforce.com hands on experience - preferably in a consulting environment working with many Salesforce.com instances and preferably as a solutions architect
2
years experience working with Visualforce and Apex
Certified Salesforce.com professionals a plus
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, systems engineering and business process re-engineering
Experience with system integrations, preferably involving Salesforce.com
Project management experience a plus
Authorized to work in the United States - US citizens or GC holders
Job
Responsibilities:
Be involved in all phases of the life cycle of Salesforce.com intitiatives including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, and problem resolution
Involved in extending the functionality of their client's Salesforce environments by developing custom interfaces with Visualforce, custom logic with Apex, and system integrations via web services and middleware solutions
Make technology easily understandable for end users and showcase the potential power and value of my client's solution in a very customer centric, supportive and comprehensive fashion
Possess a strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations - be a highly motivated, self-starter who can effectively manage design, implementation, and problem resolution
Demonstrate strong background in software development and delivery, and Salesforce.com
Be able to wear many hats - since this is a small company, you will have more responsibilities than just solutions architecture - will have a say in how the company grows and fully utilizes the platform
Compensation Details:
Salary compensation dependent upon experience.
