My client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead Salesforce.com implementation projects with a variety of nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates are highly experienced in architecting, designing and implementing custom Salesforce.com applications.
About this Job
The Solution Architect scopes, estimates, defines requirements and leads the development of custom Salesforce.com solutions on projects ranging from small, fixed-scope engagements to multi-person teams. The Solution Architect also investigates new technologies and business applications and assists the business development team with proposal development. The successful candidate has deep technical skills, facilitation expertise, strong solution design and documentation capability, and excellent internal and external communication skills. The Solution Architect will report to the Director of Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes and documents client business requirements and designs excellent solutions.
Identifies technical automation solutions for business processes
Works independently or in teams with other consultants to customize Salesforce.com and integrate third-party tools
Creates and documents the proposed data model (ERD) and field level data dictionary.
Documents the requirements & functional specification for projects including use cases, screen mockups, wireframes, integration specifications and field mappings.
Specifies the level of effort for the custom coding tasks.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish solution delivery.
Ensure that solution designs are at sector-leading levels of quality and client satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of current skills in software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture, solution design, and salesforce.com technologies and best practices.
Play an active role in development of nonprofit sector best practices and contribute to Exponent Partners' mission of improving the use of information technology in civil society.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field, and will have at minimum six years of experience in the information technology.
Strengths in nonprofit sector experience are highly valued.
Advanced level understanding of the Salesforce data model, portal types and their limitations, and security model
Experience with data modeling and relational databases on non-Salesforce systems.

years in an information technology consulting position, delivering projects to multiple clients.

years implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce.com
Extensive experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools into a client solution
Organized, detail-oriented, and determined to produce high-quality, on-time work.
Strong business process focus and skills.
Possess a sense of humor, a positive outlook, and an easy-going manner when working with others.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
