One of my clients is looking for an Android User Space Engineer for a 3-6
month contract. This role can be done remote. They will hire over phone/Skype.
o Deep understanding of Android user space components and application interfaces
o Hands on experience in working with system servers, implementing new services, using binders
o Creating (APIs) interfaces to let Android applications use the same to interact with different services
Desired Skills and
Experience:
o Minimum 3
years of experience with Android
o Very good knowledge of Android user space components (interfaces and usage)
o Hands on experience in using AOSP sources to build and boot Android on hardware platforms
o Profiling and benchmarking Android components to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the same
o Working with AOSP gerrit review system will be a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
