Job Description Markets products and services to current and potential customers within a defined territory and/or industry and manages overall relationship with established accounts. Develops strategy and manages the process of bringing the identified marketing opportunities to a logical close. Assists distributors in their efforts to sell products and services where appropriate.
o Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
o Manages overall relationship with current and prospective customers, with emphasis on developing and maintaining effective relationships with key executives. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are key requirements and measurements.
o Identify and maintain multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential prospects in the Ecommerce vertical:
Source appropriate contacts at right level in target organization.
Present product solutions to obtain level of interest.
Obtain product pricing and packaging and present pricing proposals.
o Evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities for business in Direct Selling, B2B wholesale and/or distribution, webhosting, eCommerce retail, Software and/or other CNP merchants.
o Establish contacts to pinpoint the players in Direct Selling, B2B (wholesale/distribution), webhosting, Ecommerce retail, Software and/or other Card Not Present industry.
o Work closely with Senior Mgmt. of prospective business partners to negotiate business terms such as investment opportunities, revenue models, business relationships, etc.
o Lead the preparation of verbal and written presentations to potential channels including new product introduction plans, strategic initiatives and business development strategies.
o Create pricing proposals, verbal and written presentations and detailed RFP responses for potential customers.
o Development of initial business, emphasis in working through contract settlement.
o Compile and analyze merchant's current pricing structure. Prepare pricing spreadsheets and negotiate contracts ensuring business achieves suitable margins.
o Manage all administrative aspects of the assignment including but not limited to account profiles, sales pipeline records, current and prospective customer org charts, etc., consistent with ACI's sales best practices.
o Keeps current on products/enhancements, competition activities and industry trends.
o Extensive travel required - 40%-60%
o Performs other duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
