The Marketing Manager will drive Company's marketing strategy across new and emerging partners aligned with Company's sales channels to assist in selling Company's integrated gateway payments product. This person will lead effective end-to-end marketing campaigns that steer targeted vertical developer partners to Company's gateway solutions for payment processing and value-add services. This candidate will report into corporate marketing and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to define and drive marketing strategy and program execution to deliver business and marketing objectives. They will leverage internal and external agencies in delivering marketing campaigns, including targeted online and traditional engagement, campaign landing sites, mobile and social media applications. This candidate will plan, develop, and execute effective marketing programs and campaigns across traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies and tactics, campaign landing sites, and integrate efforts across search and social media. They will develop and execute an integrated marketing campaign measurement system and a learning plan across traditional, digital, search and social media. They will also own campaign-specific measurement and analytics and maintain analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
They will partner with Company corporate marketing communications functions, as well as events and sales teams. This candidate will work with internal and external partners to drive and deliver strategic alignment of campaign plans and assets as well as on-time delivery of campaign assets. This candidate will manage day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
In addition to the marketing responsibilities dedicated to the developer channel, this person will also have other marketing responsibilities within the corporate marketing team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:
o B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field preferred; MBA is a plus
o 5
years progressive experience in direct marketing position with an agency or brand
o Experience marketing to developers is preferred
o Experience in business-to-business financial services is a plus
o Experience in payments marketing to POS developer partners is a plus
o Proven experience delivering effective, creative, and innovative marketing campaigns and programs
o Deep understanding of targeted channel marketing, with an emphasis on the developer audience
o Strong experience developing a variety of innovative and immersive digital tactics including online video, campaign landing sites, and mobile applications
o Proven experience integrating and managing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including social media, web sites, search and offline efforts
o Solid knowledge and understanding of demographic statistics, web metrics, digital analytics and ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
o Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects
o Strong collaboration skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
o Technical understanding of POS developer integration process is a plus
Salary commensurate with experience. Company provides medical and dental insurance, 401k participation, and long-term disability.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
