POSITION
Summary:
Grow revenue through new and existing customer accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Success in this role will require an entrepreneurial mindset, the relentless drive to succeed, and the ability to translate a customer's pain points and needs into Dover Motion solutions.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth by establishing relationships and securing contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales targets
Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territories and key accounts through prospecting, constant follow up, good sales techniques, knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses
Grow business at existing accounts by leveraging success with one group or product line to the broader organization
Gain a full understanding of the market and competitive landscape and utilize this information to target new business opportunities
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Establish and maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects and truly understand their needs/pain points
Work closely with technical team members to address customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction prior, during and post-sale
Fully utilize and stay up to date with all CRM, funnel management and forecast related tasks
Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Required Skills/Experience

years sales experience selling technical solutions/products

Strong negotiation, value-based selling, customer presentation, and communication skills
Ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results

Desired Skills/

Education

50% (Majority within east coast region)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
