What are your responsibilities?
The role:
Build, manage, qualify, sell, and maintain a database of clients and prospects
Sell staffing services through effective phone calls and/or in-person visits
Develop opportunities through cold calling to increase and expand client penetration within new and existing accounts
Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our candidate database, gaining referrals, social media sourcing, and networking
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to clients
Develop strong trust-based relationships with client and candidates
Meet and exceed personal sales & billing targets
Adopt best practices with the use of our recruitment technology
Do you have what it takes?
Skills Required:
EXCELLENT communication skills & unparalleled integrity/positive attitude

years' Agency recruitment experience
Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets; detail oriented
Proven track record of perseverance and success
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member
Desire for a CAREER working as an independent contractor
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Fearlessness to perform potentially uncomfortable business tasks (cold calls, negotiation, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
