Sourcer - Part Time
IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 6 million students worldwide, is seeking a talented sourcer to help us attract top talent. This will help us find talented and motivated candidates to join our growing product, user experience, and content development teams. Your job will be to research, design, implement, and maintain effective sourcing strategies. Ideal candidates are high-energy, smart, organized individuals who can work quickly to help us grow.
This is a part-time contract position (15-20 hours per week), with the option to be based remotely.
What You'll Be Doing
Work with recruiting team to develop qualified pipeline of candidates for prioritized requisitions
Strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, and blogs and research methods to source passive candidates
Own and juggle multiple requisitions
Assist with candidate follow up which may include verification of interest and availability, scheduling of phone screens, and requests for resumes
Update and manage our ATS (Jobvite) as needed
Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns around finding top talent
What We're Looking For
BA/BS degree
At least 2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Previous experience working with an ATS, Jobvite preferred
Strong experience in Boolean Searching and the ability to creatively source outside of the usual recruiter tools
A successful track record of performing against deadlines and meeting recruiting goals
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Experience in sourcing technical and non-technical talent necessary
Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Passionate about education and technology
