Huawei Enterprise seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with a strong network and/or storage background to partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Huawei product solutions-setting up demonstrations and explaining features and benefits to customers-and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs. Heshe will gain access to the broad palette of Huawei technologies and applications in a variety of vertical markets. In additional to technological aptitude and the ability to learn quickly and stay current, the ideal candidate's interpersonal, presentation and troubleshooting skills evoke passion and confidence.
Heshe will have direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in an assigned geography. Staying up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services is essential. Candidate will focus on technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects and assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. Required Knowledge and
Experience:
Deep knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
Specialization in one of the following Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, Data Center, Security
Industry knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.
Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings.
Understanding and conversant about company, solutions and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and competitive offerings.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
5
years of industry related experience is required. Network and/or storage product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area is also preferred. Pre-Sales experience required. Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift/carry materials, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork. Travel may be required as directed by management based on business needs.

Standard indoor office environment.
