QA Analyst

Phreesia is looking to hire a hands-on QA Manager who will be responsible for gaining intimate knowledge of Phreesia's users, customers and architecture and then building, documenting and maintaining test cases and test environments to ensure the high quality of Phreesia's product. Phreesia has developed a highly flexible and configurable platform for checking patients in at their doctor's office. The QA Lead/Analyst will work closely with Product Management, Operations and Engineering to ensure that the QA work being performed closely mirrors all the different configurations being used in the field. This position will require some occasional travel to Phreesia's customers' sites.
Responsibilities:
Work with product management, engineering and end users to determine and identify test cases
Lead other testers in the team to ensure the required level of QA activities for all releases
Work closely with product managers, architects, and testing teams to provide testing timelines; Provide a feedback at the early phases of projects to ensure that inputs into testing process can be translated into a test plan and test cases within the given timeline
Work with developers to understand new features and bugs to be tested in releases, get familiar with unit test and what they are testing
Create new test plans for new product features
Develop new methods to test existing product features
Participate in the execution of test plans
Document and review bug reports and other test results
Participate in regression, load and performance testing
Qualifications:

years testing software applications.

years of working as a QA team lead
Experience of coordinating with geographically disperse teams
Expert in user oriented testing and other testing types: Functionality, usability, scenario testing, performance.
Strong hands-on experience in writing detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, creating test data, test execution, and creating defects.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, verification and validation processes.
Knowledge and experience with web application architecture, relational database, Microsoft .NET and related technologies: C#, HTML, JavaScript, mobile devices
Strong hands-on experience with the automation tools (Selenium, QTP, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex technical problems
Ability to multi-task, shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience working remotely
Track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high quality results
3
years of experience testing health care web applications is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
