Responsibilities
We are currently seeking candidates with 4
years of prior experience as a Software Engineer to join our Digital Consulting team. The selected individual will work within our project teams, partnering with clients to design, construct, integrate, test and deploy enterprise-level applications. They also support the sales process by delivering with excellence and identifying future opportunities within clients. Consulting Software Engineers are usually focused on one project. At this level, consultants possess the level of technical understanding, consultative skills, and industry knowledge necessary to contribute to client projects and deliverables with excellence.
This position will involve travel in the range of 50% annually.
Qualifications
The Software Engineer must have the following skills, experience, and
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Sciences or other related degree preferred
4
years of design and development experience with Java and related technologies (Spring, XML, Web Services, JDBC, Hibernate, JSP, etc.)
At least 2 years consulting experience, preferably in Healthcare, CRM, or Financial Services
Experience with Business Process Management technology packages such as Camunda, Appian, Corticon, JBoss BRMS, Activiti, etc.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective team member capable of self-directed work
Passion for excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit
Additional preferred skills, experience, and qualifications for this position are:
Oracle (Sun) Java Certified
MS in Computer Science or other advanced degree
Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
