As an integral member of Inovalon's dynamic business development ecosystem, the Solutions Engineer resides in the Product Solutions team to support product subject matter expertise for the sales cycle. The Solutions Engineer provides sales executives with product and solution advice and support during pre-sales discussions, ultimately solving complex sales support problems. You will be responsible for answering prospects' and salespersons' detailed product questions and performing presentations on the product. This is a critical, high visibility role, and a great opportunity to make a huge impact and gain recognition.
Responsibilities
Establish high level knowledge of various methodologies, regulations, processes, timelines, and general clinical approach for the assigned product lines ;
Support solutions development and presentation for ongoing business expansion and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel;
Supports the business development and product leadership to ensure progression of proposal materials of the pricing approach, standard or custom slideware, and software demonstrations;
Maintain the tracking and reporting for all assigned business development opportunities pertaining to the assigned product lines and work with each internal organization to bring opportunities to closure;
Gain Knowledge and Serve as one of Inovalon's ambassadors to the market as a participant in business development meetings with current accounts and as a key team member for on-site sales meetings with potential clients;
Establish yourself as a senior skilled market professional through developing knowledge of the payer market and key developments in the healthcare payer sector through market research;
Develop and maintain library within company knowledge database for standard responses to common client prospect questions;
Support client follow up for qualification of inbound leads;
Maintain the highest amount of expertise regarding assigned products and associated operations of the company;
Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement; and
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
Qualifications
BA or BS in Business or Computer Science. Requires a minimum of five to seven years of technical product support experience;
Excellent knowledge of all areas of business operations;
Demonstrated ability to resolve highly complex pre-sales technical problems, working with field sales personnel;
Advanced ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers through demos and proposals;
Broad knowledge of marketing principles and practice;
Proven RFP/RFI response experience required;
Strong knowledge of related industries;
Adept at comprehending business issues and propose technology-based solutions;
An ability to think outside the box, complemented by a passionate approach, intellectual rigor, personal resilience, empathy and the desire to make a difference through breakthrough strategies; and
Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills. High level of professionalism.
Travel for this position will include up to 60%.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
